Procurement Management 

 

As procurement manager for a USD 350 million procurement budget for a EPC contract for for the execution of the self-elevating (Jackup)  drilling platforms P59 and P60. 

Managed a team of 12 professional engineers, buyers, logistics supervisors, and cost controllers; Direct oversight responsibility for all facets of the Procurement Management scope including Material Planning, Purchasing, Expediting, Inspection, logistics, commissioning support and staff training; managed the financial and physical performance of supply.

The equipment/materials were delivered in time/quality/budget planned and the project complied the National Content contract clauses.
